01Is SimFlow really free?
Yes. The Free version is fully functional with the same physics engine, solvers, and models as the commercial plans. It is limited to 200,000 mesh nodes and 1 CPU core, but there is no time limit. You can use it indefinitely.
02What are the system requirements?
SimFlow runs on Windows 10/11 (64-bit), Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, openSUSE and other major distributions), and macOS (Apple Silicon M-series).
A minimum of 8 GB RAM is recommended. 16 GB or more for larger simulations.
03What does the 30-day trial include?
The trial unlocks all SimFlow features. Every physics module, unlimited mesh size, unlimited CPU cores, and parallel computing. No credit card required.
After 30 days the software reverts to the Free version.

On Windows, run the downloaded .exe installer. On Linux, make the installer executable and run it from the terminal. On macOS, extract the .zip and move SimFlow to your Applications folder.
05How do I update SimFlow?
SimFlow includes automatic updates delivered in two-week cycles.
If you are running an older version or working offline, download the latest installer from this page and install it over the existing version.
06Can I install SimFlow on multiple computers?
The Free version can be installed on any number of machines.
