How to install simFlow Engine (OpenFOAM® for Windows)
simFlow Engine comes as an automatic installation package. Just click on the installation file and enjoy OpenFOAM® for Windows in no time. After installation you might need to restart your computer.
Please remember that it will allow you to use OpenFOAM® solvers on Windows, but if you want to take advantage of our OpenFOAM® GUI, you have to download simFlow.
How to check if simFlow Engine is properly installed?
Just turn on your command prompt and type in any OpenFOAM® solver name, e.g.:
simpleFoam
If simFlow Engine has been installed properly, you will see an output from OpenFOAM®.

What is OpenFOAM®?
OpenFOAM® (Open Field Operation and Manipulation) is a free, open source CFD toolbox developed primarily by OpenCFD Limited since 2004, distributed by OpenCFD Limited and the OpenFOAM® Foundation.
