After weeks of hard work simFlow team made impossible become possible – OpenFOAM solvers are now able to run on CUDA. And that’s just for starters.
All the computation is done entirely on GPU. No need to copy data during calculations between CPU and GPU. All of this for getting the job done faster.
Our intention is to develop and deliver an advanced computational tool suitable for both scientists and engineers working in high-tech industries. With the release of RapidCFD, we want to give everyone an opportunity to contribute. If you have the brains and skills, we’d love for you to knock out any RapidCFD issues.
